The international blueberry industry is preparing for one of the most important and strategic events of 2026. On October 1st, the city of La Spezia will host an exclusive international networking dinner dedicated to leading European and global blueberry industry professionals, held alongside the Advanced Blueberry Growing Course organized by Agroconsulenze.com and coordinated by Sergio Panini.

The initiative aims to create a highly qualified environment where growers, technical experts, and commercial operators can develop new professional relationships and discuss the future outlook of the blueberry sector. In an increasingly competitive and global market, direct networking has become an essential tool for driving growth, innovation, and new business opportunities.

The evening will bring together key stakeholders from across the entire supply chain, including growers, agronomists, consultants, investors, importers, buyers, technology companies, and packaging specialists. It will provide a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on market evolution, emerging production and commercial needs, and the strategies required to address the future challenges facing the berry industry.

During the event, the Third European Blueberry Growing Conference, scheduled for January 2027 and hosted by Sebastian Ochoa, will also be officially presented.

This announcement further confirms the growing international interest in technical and strategic meetings dedicated to blueberry cultivation.

The experience will also include a strong territorial and cultural component.

Exclusive tours to the Cinque Terre will be organized on October 1st and 2nd for international guests and course participants.

Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the area offers a unique combination of agriculture, international networking, Italian lifestyle, and breathtaking landscapes in one of the world’s most iconic destinations.

For many international attendees, the event will also represent a strategic stop before attending Fruit Attraction, one of the leading global trade fairs for the fruit and vegetable industry. Organizers recommend flights from Genoa and Pisa to facilitate travel to Madrid after the weekend in Liguria.

With limited participation and strong international interest already building, the event is set to become one of the most prestigious networking opportunities for the global blueberry industry in 2026, fostering new strategic connections among key players across the berry supply chain.
